Phase I Initial Build/Cloud Hosting Setup
We will of course work closely with you during this phase to build out your intial site based on requirements your provide, and answer any questions or concerns that you might have. (In most cases this will require, multiple zoom calls, so please be prepared to spend that time to review requirements for the site, so we can addresss accordingly)
Initial Website Build + 1 yr Standard Cloud Hosting
This includes the development of a static website based on your requirements. (re-engineering/redesign of your current site) and basic plugins along with 1 year of full maintenance support for hosting your site on our cloud instance.
Initial Build comes with below standard free version of plugins
- Security Plugin (WordFence)
- SEO Plugin (Yoast)
- Backup Plugin (Updraft Plus)
- SSL Certification to secure the site.
- If needed, a DNS Host name for your site.

Phase II - Intial Build Complete (Your Insurance)
Your Insurance
Once the initial build of the site is completed, and payment is deliverd for initail build and cloud hosting costs for the site. A full backup of the site will be sent to you or backed up to a google drive of your preference. This way you always have a copy of your site, should any unforseen occurences ever occur while we are servicing and hosting your site. With this backup you will always be able to restore your site. (We want to ensure that our clients and their supporting business always have an online presence, even if it’s not with us.)

Phase IIII - Site Content Updates
Site Content Updates:
Once the initial site draft content is finalized with our clients, we provide a one-month complimentary period for updates and client training. During this time, we assist with site modifications and offer training on how to update content independently.
After the one-month grace period, any additional updates or modifications beyond basic maintenance will incur a $25 per hour fee. We strongly encourage our clients to manage their own site content and are happy to provide the necessary training. WordPress was designed with user-friendly content management in mind, empowering you to make updates with ease.

Annual Maintenance and Cloud Hosting Costs

Payment Policy: All payments are to be made through PayPal.
- Please note that we reserve the right to take the website offline from our cloud instance if payments are not made in a timely manner, or if for any reason we find the sites content innappropriate or concerning.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that [Victory29Design LLC] reserves the right to display promotional content or advertisements on your website, provided that such advertisements do not disrupt or impair the functionality of your site.
