Getting Started
Our one-time onboarding fee is $1,000. This covers a website build of up to 5 pages, hosting setup, security configuration, backups, and performance optimization. Additional costs may apply for domain registration, premium plugins, or additional pages ($100 per static page).
Timeline depends on how quickly we receive your content, feedback, and approvals. Most websites are completed within 2–4 weeks from the start of onboarding.
Both. Whether you're starting from scratch or improving an existing website, we can help create a stable foundation for your online presence.
Not necessarily. We can help you register a domain as part of the onboarding process. If you already have one, we'll connect it to your new site.
Hosting & Maintenance
No. Hosting is included in the monthly service. We manage the hosting infrastructure so you don't have to deal with third-party providers.
The $50/month service includes dedicated hosting, security monitoring and updates, website maintenance, backup management, performance monitoring, basic SEO tooling, ongoing support, and up to 10 simple content update requests per month.
Your website needs ongoing hosting, security, and maintenance to stay online and secure. The monthly service covers all of that so you don't have to manage it yourself.
Yes. We monitor your website's performance and security on an ongoing basis and address issues before they affect your visitors.
Yes. Regular backups are included in the monthly service. If anything ever goes wrong, your website can be restored quickly.
We monitor your website and will address any downtime issues as quickly as possible. You can also reach us through our support system to report any issues.
Content Updates & Support
Simply submit your request through our support system. We review it, make the change, and notify you once it's live. No logins or page builders required on your end.
A simple content update is a small change that can be completed without restructuring a page or adding new functionality — such as text changes, image replacements, link updates, button updates, or minor formatting adjustments.
Additional updates beyond your monthly 10 are handled through our Token System. You can purchase tokens as needed for extra or larger requests.
The Token System allows you to purchase additional update credits beyond your included 10 monthly updates. Tokens can be used for extra simple updates or larger requests outside the standard scope.
No. You never need to log into WordPress. Simply submit your request through our support system and we handle everything for you.
Ownership & Flexibility
Yes. You own your website and all its content. Victory29Design manages and maintains it on your behalf.
Yes. If you ever decide to move your website to another provider, you own the files and content. We can assist with the transition.
No. Our monthly service is month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts or commitments required.
Security
We configure security settings during the build phase and continue to monitor and apply security updates as part of the monthly service. Your site is protected against common threats from day one.
Yes. We handle all core WordPress, theme, and plugin updates on your behalf to keep your site current, compatible, and secure.
If a security issue is detected, we address it promptly. You can also report any concerns through our support system and we'll investigate right away.
SEO
Basic SEO tooling is included in both the onboarding and monthly service. This covers foundational SEO settings to help your site stay search-friendly.
We set up and maintain basic SEO tools including meta titles, descriptions, sitemap configuration, and foundational on-page SEO settings. Advanced SEO campaigns or content strategies are outside the standard scope.
No. No legitimate provider can guarantee specific search engine rankings. We set up the right foundation and maintain it, but rankings depend on many factors including competition, content, and search engine algorithms.
Advanced Services
Yes. New features, integrations, or functionality beyond the standard scope can be discussed and quoted separately outside the monthly service.
Yes. Your website is built on a stable foundation designed for long-term use. As your business grows, we can add pages, features, and functionality as needed.
Requests that go beyond simple content updates — such as new pages, major design changes, or new functionality — are handled separately and quoted based on scope. Contact us through our support system to discuss your needs.
