From there, we:

Set up hosting and infrastructure.

Prepare your site for long-term stability

Step 2 – Hosting, Security & Maintenance
Dedicated Hosting & Ongoing Maintenance
All websites managed by Victory29Design include our hosting and maintenance service.
This is a required part of our model to ensure long-term stability and reliability.

You don’t need to log into your website, manage plugins, or make changes yourself — we handle it for you.
Instead, you simply submit requests through our structured support process, and we take care of the updates.

Up to 10 simple content updates per month
Requests submitted through our support system
Consistent and predictable handling of updates
What Is a “Simple Content Update”?
A simple content update is a small change that can be completed quickly without restructuring the page or adding new functionality.
Examples of Simple Updates:
Updating text or wording
Replacing an image
Editing an existing section
Updating links or buttons
Minor spacing or formatting adjustments
What Is Not Considered a Simple Update?
The following fall outside of simple updates and may require additional scope:
Adding new sections or layouts
Creating new pages
Major design changes or restructuring
Adding new features or integrations
Large or bulk content updates
How Requests Are Handled
1. Submit your request through our support system
2. We review and confirm the scope
3. The update is completed
4. You receive confirmation once finished
If a request falls outside of a simple update, we clearly define the scope and apply it through our structured token system.
Step 4 – Token System (Scalable Updates)
Flexible Support as Your Website Grows
For updates beyond the included monthly amount, or for more advanced requests, we use a token-based system.
This allows you to scale your website without long-term contracts or unpredictable pricing.
When Tokens Are Used
Tokens are used when:
You exceed your included monthly updates
You request larger or more complex changes
You want to add new features or enhancements
